We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a Create U session or program, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session: You will receive a full refund.
 

Cancel 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled session: You will receive a 50% refund if materials have been purchased or venue or preparation costs have been incurred.
 

Cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session: No refund will be issued. Refunds are also unavailable for no-shows, leaving after a session begins, or arriving so late that the session cannot be completed.
 

If we cancel your session and do not offer a replacement, the instructor is unavailable and no reschedule is offered, or the event or program does not take place, you will receive a full refund.
 

Rescheduling requests are reviewed at our discretion. Please contact us using the information on your booking confirmation to request a cancellation or reschedule.
